What's new in this release (comparing to the old version)?

We reorganized the NN-19 patches, added 300 NN-XT patches and 24 rex2 sequence files (these files were originally in wav format).
The second edition's getup looks more professional (less handmade ;p), and it's shipping in DVD case.

Are the downloadable and cd versions exactly the same?

Yes. The only difference is that you won't receive the phisical disk, only a download link for the files.
